Procedure:
1. Mix the bell peppers, mushrooms, pork, soy sauce, seame oil, and corn startch in a bowl, until the consistency allows you to create little meat balls
2. Stuff the middle of each winter melon that you have cut out with the mixed ingredients
3. Place the stuffed winter melons in a bowl/plate (stack them if needed) and then put it in a steamer with about 1 cup of water

Homemade Pizza!

I've never really tried to make pizza from scratch, but last night I did it finally thanks to this awesome whole wheat pizza dough recipe I found on NYTimes.

Ingredients:
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbs extra virgin olive oil (i used grapeseed oil)
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/2 cup mushroom thinly sliced
1/2 cup sliced cheese of your choice
1/2 cup marinara sauce of your choice
* add additional ingredients as you wish, i put shrimp and ham in one of my pizzas, delicious!

Procedure:
1. Make the pizza dough first by mixing the yeast, water and sugar in a pyrex cup for 3min until cloudy
2. Mix the olive oil in, in a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients (whole wheat and all purpose flour as well as salt)
3. Place the dry ingredients in a food processor and let it run while pouring the liquid ingredients in, let the mixture turn into a dough texture then turn the food processor off
4. Add additional flour as needed to kneed the dough, when the dough is ready, grease a bowl with oil place the dough in the bowl and cover it, let it rise for 1 1/2hr
5. Preheat the oven to 450F, when ready knead the dough again and separate into two halves or more (depending how big you want to make your pizza), you may also freeze the dough for 3 days if you like
6. Top the pizza with the marinara sauce, cheese, and other toppings
7. Pop the pizza in the oven and bake it for about 10 - 12 min
