Country of Origin

Should we care where our food originates from? According to this video clip I watched on the WSJ online, starting from October 1, 2009 certain foods sold in the United States will have the country of origin label on them. Which then triggers the question do consumers really care where their produce comes from? This short clip suggests that people don't really think much about where their produce originates from.
